Caramel towers

Preparation:

Prepare the cookie dough with the ingredients. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and leave to rest for an hour. Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm. Press out the cookies, place on baking paper and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. When cooled, decorate with Muubi.

Sugar 100 g
3 egg yolks
Pinch of salt
