Mini-tartelettes with Muubi and jam

Preparation:

Knead the butter dough. Leave to rest for 20 minutes, then divide into molds and bake in the oven at 200°C for 10-13 minutes. Whip Muubi with the sweet cream until firm and fluffy. When cooled, decorate the mini tartelettes with caramel cream, jam and berries.

Ingredients:

Flour 250 g
Pinch of salt
Soft butter 120 g
Sugar 50 g
1 egg

Muubi
Cream
Jam
Berries
Mint leaves
