Beat the egg with the softened butter and sugar until smooth and the sugar has melted. Gradually add the flour mixed with the baking powder until the dough is smooth and elastic. Bake the cakes in tins at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. When cooled, decorate with Muubi, nuts and dried fruit.
