Doughnuts with cinnamon and Muubi

Mix together butter, sugar, cinnamon, milk, vanilla and salt. Add the eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl and gradually add to the milk and egg mixture. The dough should be homogeneous, without lumps. Bake the doughnuts in the molds in the oven at 180°C for 10-13 minutes, until they have doubled in volume. Spread Muubi on the hot doughnuts or fill the doughnuts when they have cooled down.

Bread triangles with Muubi

Spread Muubi on one side of the slices of bread. Stack the slices with the filling inside and toast in a sandwich maker until crispy.

Tartelettes with Muubi, berries and crocants

Mix the butter with the icing sugar, egg yolks and salt. Add the flour and knead the dough. Spread the dough in a tartelette tin and bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Fill the cooled biscuits with Muubi, fresh berries, mandarins and garnish with crocants.
